Terms and Conditions
- All items remain the property of Vintage Air
until paid in full.
- Vintage Air reserve the right to alter prices
at any time.
- All orders should be checked immediately upon
receipt. Vintage Air cannot be held liable for any goods damaged in
transit. Shortages or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours.
- Some of the products shown may vary slightly
if a supplier or manufacturer alters the specfications.
- Vintage Air cannot give warranty for any parts
used for racing, pacemaking or competition unless clearly stated by
the original manufacturer.
- Any special orders will be subject to a non-refundable
deposit at the time of the order being taken.
Delivery
All items are shipped using Royal Mail and will
require a signature as proof of delivery. Once a delivery has been signed
for we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.
Returns Policy
- Before returning any goods you must contact
Vintage Air and obtain a returns number. All items must be received
within 30 days of purchase accompanied with the relevant invoice.
- Any returns received after 30 days will be refunded
at our discretion. No returns accepted after 90 days.
- Returned items are subject to a 15% handling
charge for a monetry refund or a full credit note will be given.
- Parts returned for credit must be in their original
packaging and in a 100% re-saleable condition.
- Faulty items cannot be returned if they have
been modified or painted in any way.
- Special order items and electrical items cannot
be returned for credit.
- It is the customers responsibility to meet the
cost of any returns.
Payment
- We no longer accept cards as payments, we can
only accept PayPal payments.
