Terms and Conditions

• All items remain the property of Vintage Air until paid in full.
• Vintage Air reserves the right to alter prices at any time.
• Some of the products shown may vary slightly if a supplier or manufacturer alters the specifications.
• All orders should be checked immediately upon receipt. Vintage Air cannot be held liable for any goods damaged in transit. Shortages or damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours.
• Vintage Air cannot give warranty for any parts used for racing, pacemaking or competition unless clearly stated by the original manufacturer.
• Any special orders items will be subject to a non-refundable deposit at the time of the order being taken.

Delivery

• All Items are shipped using Royal mail and will require a signature as proof of delivery. Once a delivery has been signed for we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Returns Policy

• Before returning any goods you must contact Vintage Air and get a returns number. All items must be received within 30 days of purchase accompanied with the relevant invoice.
• Any returns recieved after 30 days will be refunded at our discretion. No returns accepted after 90 days.
• Returned items are subject to a handling charge of 15% for a monetry refund or a full value credit note will be given.
• Parts returned for credit must be in their original packaging and in 100% re-saleable condition.
• Faulty items cannot be returned if they have been modified or painted in any way.
• Special order items and electrical items cannot be returned for credit.
• It is the customers responsibility to meet the cost of any returns.

Payment

• We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please do not send cash through the post. Cheques and postal orders to be made payable to Vintage Air.
